The breakfast included fresh fruit and good coffee machines, so that part was acceptable.

I found the beds unbearable due to two single duvets on a double bed. This setup barely covered us, and I found it frustrating during the night. A pillow menu was available, but staff did not inform me about it at check-in.

The location proved convenient, with easy access to the city center. i found the room very spacious with very good facilities, and it was clean as new. i appreciated the breakfast, as it had a nice mix of items and staff replenished it quickly. the bathroom also impressed me. It was a good size with a great shower and hairdryer.

I found the tea and coffee facilities in the room needed improvement. There were only four tiny little pots of coffee cream.

All staff members spoke english very well and were always helpful. they arranged a guide for us to visit wawel castle and church. She spoke english perfectly and was very knowledgeable. the service was generally perfect.

The city centre was easily accessible. the room size was generous, and i found the facilities to be very good. cleanliness was very good throughout the premises, a detail i value. i did not have the opportunity to dine in, but i noticed the restaurant receives excellent reviews.

the tea and coffee facilities in the room could use an upgrade, i saw only a limited supply of coffee cream provided.

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to the main square. the breakfast had a good selection (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries). the staff at reception were always helpful with directions.

the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the hallway. the pillows were not very supportive. the paid parking was super small and hard to maneuver (only six spots available).

the hotel offered a good breakfast selection each morning with a variety of options available.

one morning our room was not cleaned despite us leaving a note requesting more milk for the in-room tea and coffee facilities the request was ignored twice we had to go to reception to ask. the hotel restaurant was closed for a private party with no prior notice so we had difficulty finding dinner that night. the bathroom lacked accessibility features such as grab rails near the toilet and had slippery tiles in the shower which was unsafe.
